Senior Associate, Prospectus

Your role is:

To r eview and register prospectuses, ensure compliance with applicable disclosure requirements, and to undertake appropriate compliance enforcement activities where necessary.

You will be accountable for:

• Ensuring efficient registration of prospectuses
• Evaluating applications for relief from disclosure requirements
• Monitoring compliance with disclosure requirements and undertaking appropriate enforcement actions as provided under the Capital Markets & Services Act 2007
• Assisting in developmental initiatives, including formulation and review of policies and guidelines

You should have:

• A strong first degree in business administration, accounting, finance, economics, law or commerce
• At least four (4) years’ experience in corporate finance, legal, accounting or capital market areas
• Good understanding of the capital markets and regulatory environment
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and to be pro-active
• Strong oral and written communication skills
