Executive, Human Resource
Your role is:
To conduct operational recruitment and employee relations and run HR systems and databases
You will be accountable for:
- Ensuring efficient recruitment, employee relations and HR systems & database processes as well as executing and improving operational processes in line with current HR policies, guidelines and processes
- Assisting in executing initiatives related to performance management systems, talent pipeline programmes, campus recruitment and other HR projects
- Supporting day-to-day HR-manpower planning issues, coordinating and managing administrative functions and supervising the support team
- Providing prompt response on staff queries and liaising appropriately with external parties and vendors
You should have:
- A strong first degree in human resources, social science, finance, legal or related discipline; good IT skills will be an added advantage.
- At least two (2) years’ working experience and a good understanding of best practices in human resource management
- Ability to work independently and be proactive
- Strong oral and written communication and project management skills
