Head, Knowledge Management
Your role is:
To le ad the Knowledge & Information Management function to ensure provision of high quality knowledge and information services to maximise leveraging on intellectual assets of the SC and to foster and initiate appropriate programs to increase the yield from knowledge and information resources
You are accountable for:
- Identifying, developing, articulating and directing the department’s deliverables
- Fostering the development of appropriate knowledge and information assets to ensure maximised leveraging of the intellectual assets of SC and retention of institutional memory
- Fostering a knowledge and information rich culture within the organisation
- Fostering the adoption of effective K&IM processes, tools and standards and ensuring it’s effective execution
- Contributing to broad group strategy and objectives and being responsible for its effective and efficient execution/delivery
You should have:
- A strong first degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration or equivalent professional qualification; a post-graduate degree will be an advantage
- At least eight (8) years’ working experience including five (5) years’ direct experience in knowledge management
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
