Senior Associate (Capital Market Initiatives), Market Development

Your role is:

To provide input and assist on projects and the formulation, design and review of policy and regulatory framework as well as plan and manage the delivery of assigned segments of projects or smaller scale projects involving capital market initiatives (CMI)

You will be accountable for:

• Assisting the principal in analysing issues and conducting research, benchmarking, coordinating stakeholder consultation, coordinating implementation with internal and external stakeholders and providing advisory support
• Evaluating small non-standard industry CMI proposals and formulate, design and recommend appropriate regulatory response
• Engaging with relevant key capital market stakeholders

You should have:

• A strong first d egree in law, finance, accounting, economics or equivalent professional qualification
• At least four (4) years’ working experience with some knowledge and understanding of capital markets
• Strong oral and written communication skills
