The Main Conference Hall which is situated at the Ground Floor, can seat 700 people, theatre-style seating and 300 people in classroom-style seating. This hall is equipped with modern audio-visual and sound equipment and a video camera that can project images to three built-in retractable screens. The hall is also equipped with translation booths. This Conference Hall can be divided into three smaller halls. All rooms are built-in with retractable screens. The halls are ideal for conferences, seminars, workshops, meetings and product launches. |

The Auditorium, located at the Lower Ground Level 1(LG1) is fully equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment, theatrical lighting system as well as a sound system that has multi-channel mixers with heavy-duty amplifiers and speakers. Its spacious hall has the capacity to hold up to 434 people. Each chair is equipped with a retractable table, a microphone between every two seats and an infrared "Simultaneous Interpretation System" (for up to three languages). The Auditorium has translation booths in its the control room. Apart from housing conferences, the Auditorium may be used for conferences and debates. |

The Lecture Theatre, also located at the Lower Ground Level 1(LG1) has a seating capacity for 144 people. It is equipped with theatrical lights, conference sound system, video cameras and an MATV connection that provides off-air TV channels. The theatre is ideal for talks and briefings. |

The Dialogue Room situated at the Lower Ground Level 1(LG1) has a seating capacity of 44. The room set-up is ideal for press conferences, small group training, board meetings as well as discussions. The room has a U-shape seating arrangement and each seat is equipped with a touch-panel console for a microphone and a voting system. |

Located at the Ground Floor, these two classrooms can accommodate 20 people each in a classroom-style arrangement. A portable screen and barco projector are available for use in these rooms. |
| Exhibition Hall | The seating layout in this hall is made flexible to suit specific requirements. The hall, located at the Ground Floor, is built-in with sophisticated lighting and sound system and telecommunication facilities. This area is suitable for exhibitions and cocktail receptions. |
| Coffee Pavilion | This dining space can accommodate 80 pax in a round table seating arrangement. Situated on the Ground Floor, it is a suitable dining area for training participants. This spacious room oversees a scenic view of Bukit Kiara. |
| Private Dining Room | This dining venue, located on the Lower Ground Level 1(LG1) can hold up to 40 pax in round table seating arrangement. It is an alternative dining venue for training attendees to have a private lunch. |
| Atrium | This internal courtyard which lies in the centre of the Securities Commission's building, is a suitable venue for lunches, dinners, tea-breaks and also cocktail receptions. This area is well-lit as natural light is filtered onto the floor from the glass roof. |
| Guest Day Rooms | These air-conditioned rooms situated at the Lower Ground Level 2 (LG2) are specially built for guests and are supplied with double beds, bathrooms with showers, as well as telephones. These facilities are for guests to freshen-up before their sessions. |

Besides the function rooms, visitors will also be able to enjoy other facilities such as–
- business centre services at the SIDC Shop located on the Ground Floor;
- the cafeteria located at Lower Ground Level 1;
- surau for Muslims which can accommodate 300 people located at Lower Ground Level 2;
- ample parking space that can accommodate 330 bays for visitors located at Lower Ground Level 3; and
- 24 hours security to ensure safety of all patrons.
