Senior Executive, Private Debt Securities

Your role is:

To analyse and evaluate less complex private debt securities (PDS) proposals in accordance with the relevant laws, regulations and guidelines

You will be accountable for:

• Ensuring pertinent issues are highlighted
• Recommending appropriate decisions for approval
• Checking accuracy of information in working papers/letters/memorandums
• Ensuring compliance and consistency in PDS application with the relevant laws, regulations and guidelines

You should have:

• A strong first degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administrations or equivalent professional qualification; and a post-graduate degree will be an advantage
• At least two (2) years’ working experience in legal, corporate finance, banking or audit including direct experience in the corporate finance or capital market
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
