Assistant Manager/Manager (Administrative Action & Policy), Licensing
Your role is:
To conduct administrative action on licensed persons and applicants with the objective of ensuring only fit and proper persons are licensed as intermediaries under the securities laws, regulations, licensing conditions and reporting requirements
You will be accountable for:
- Recommending on appropriateness of taking administrative actions on licensed persons or applicants
- Recommending on appropriate sanctions to be imposed
- Recommending on whether breaches of license conditions and/or securities laws have occurred
You should have:
- A strong first degree or postgraduate degree in accounting, finance, business administration or equivalent professional qualification
- At least four (4) years’ working experience preferably in finance, securities and futures industry with understanding of the capital market, licensing framework, structure, operations and products
- An ability to work in a team environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
