Assistant Manager/Manager, Institution Supervision

Your role is:

To lead regulatory audits and monitor the regulatory functions of front line regulators as well as guide, co-ordinate and supervise the activities of the audit team

You will be accountable for:

• Formulating audit plans as well as executing audits accordingly
• Preparing examination reports, identifying significant issues, analysing audit findings and making recommendations
• Engaging relevant stakeholders and providing consultation on audit related issues
• Proposing improvements to regulatory functions
• Project-based work related to market development initiatives

You should have:

• A strong first degree in accounting, finance, business or other relevant qualification
• At least six (6) years’ audit experience at regulatory authority, financial institution or accounting firm
• Strong analytical skills and able to think critically and work independently
• Strong oral and written communication skills
