Senior Executive (Market Abuses), Market Surveillance

Your role is:

To surveil, monitor and review corporate developments involving public listed companies and/or ensure their compliance with financial reporting standards

You will be accountable for:

  • Completing preliminary review and identifying issues
  • Conducting research and information gathering to verify issues identified
  • Analysing financial reports, documents and other data obtained and to present findings and/or recommend appropriate actions
  • Undertaking follow-up and follow-through on approved course of action

You should have:

  • A strong first degree or professional qualification in accounting; and degrees or qualifications with aptitude for such job responsibilities are encouraged to apply
  • At least three (3) years’ adequate working experience in audit, corporate finance, research analysis or in preparation of financial statements with knowledge of the local corporate scene
  • Good understanding of the basic requirements of the financial reporting standards
  • Strong engagement and analytical skills and able to work independently
  • Strong IT skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
