Senior Manager, Manpower Planning
Your role is:
To manage and ensure operational effectiveness of manpower planning programmes and processes, to provide input and assistance in planning, designing and executing strategic human capital initiatives and to manage HR systems and databases
You are accountable for:
- Managing, implementing and administering manpower programmes including external scholarships, internships, capital market placements, secondments and milkrounds
- Reviewing and improving current HR policies, guidelines, processes and procedures; improving and expanding assessment centres; and working on systems, data, metrics and measurements
- Managing and administering career development programmes
- Providing continuous process improvement for various manpower planning functions
You should have:
- A strong first degree in human resources, social science, finance, legal or related discipline
- At least six (6) years' working experience and excellent understanding of best practices in human capital management
- A proven ability to work independently and be proactive
- Excellent oral and written communication and project management skills
