We, ALI ABDUL KADIR and HABIBAH ABDUL, being two of the Members of the Securities Commission, do hereby state that in the opinion of the Members, the accompanying balance sheet, income and expenditure account and the cash flows for the year ended 31 Dec 1999 together with the notes thereto are properly drawn up so as to give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the Securities Commission as at 31 Dec 1999 and of its income and expenditure and cash flows for the year then ended.
