The Lists are provided pursuant to section 79 of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 and are not intended to replace the Register of Licence Holders provided under section 77 of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007. The Register of Licence Holders is maintained electronically at the premises of the Securities Commission (Authorisation and Licensing Department) that can be accessed during office hours. Print-outs may be made available for a fee.
