Your role is:

To co-ordinate and execute manpower planning activities and initiatives based on identified strategies and work programmes aimed at facilitating effective human capital management

You will be accountable for:

  • Administering manpower programmes, including external scholarships, internships, capital market placements, regulatory secondments and professional qualification awards, and assisting in positioning SC as a preferred employer
  • Administering, proactively coordinating and assisting with employee relations matters, including those related to performance and conduct
  • Assisting in developing, implementing and assessing HR initiatives, and developing and reviewing HR policies, guidelines, processes and procedures
  • Assisting in the collection, analysis and review of HR data and statistics, including developing databases and survey questionnaires, data collection and analysis, and drafting reports and presentations

You should have:

    • A strong first degree in human resources, social science, finance, legal or related discipline
    • At least four (4) years’ working experience and good understanding of best practices in human resource management
    • Ability to work independently and is proactive
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
