Capital Market Graduate Programme

CMGP is a 3-year programme that aims to enhance the capital market knowledge of 9,000 students, creating job opportunities for 600 graduates at the end of the program. Additionally, up to 2,400 graduates can benefit from our structured certification program, known as the Foundation Programme.

Programmes Offered

Foundation Programme

The Foundation Programme offers two certification options. Participants can choose either certification based on their preference.

e-Familiarisation Programme for Marketing Representatives (e-FPMR)
Certified Capital Market Professional (CCMP) - Compliance 1

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the programme, applicants must be undergraduates, fresh graduates, or individuals not more than 30 years old, where relevant.
They must also meet the education requirements, which include being a final year undergraduate (degree/equivalent) from an institution recognised by the Government of Malaysia, or holding at least a diploma/degree/postgraduate degree with a CGPA of 2.5 or equivalent from an institution recognized by the Government of Malaysia and having less than 2 years of working experience.

Leadership Programme

The CMGP Leadership Programme consists of a 1 month comprehensive and interactive formal learning followed by a 6-month on-the-job training with the respective CMGP partners within the capital market industry.

Sharing session by prominent industry leaders.
