  • 1.0 Purpose of Use

    Personal data and information that you provide will be used for the following purpose:
    • research, analysis and statistical purposes; 
    • disclose to other participants within the aFINity@SC network; 
    • disclose to the relevant governmental authorities or third parties where required by law or for legal purposes; 
    • as part of SC’s record; and for any other purpose directly related to any of the above. 
    Personal data and information referred above may be extended to SC’s vendors, agents and subcontractors for the said purposes.

  • 2.0 Limitation of Use
    Personal data and information provided by you will not be processed for any other purpose contrary to what is set out in Paragraph 1.0 above.

    The SC will not disclose personal data and information obtained to any other third party apart from those set out in Paragraph 1.0 without your consent.

    You are entitled to request for a copy of any personal data and information provided and may correct any error or inaccuracy and provide further detail where such information is incomplete. You may also be required, from time to time and where applicable, to update the personal data and information provided, to ensure that such information remains correct, complete and accurate.
