Request for Proposal

The Securities Commission (SC) is pleased to invite relevant companies to participate in the Request for Proposal (RFP) below:
Online Event + Digital Marketing Vendor for SCxSC Fintech Conference 2021
Companies who are interested to submit their proposal will need to fill up the Vendor Registration Form. Please email the form to [email protected] and [email protected] with the e-mail subject “[Name of Company’s] Indication of Interest to participate in the RFP for “Online Event + Digital Marketing Vendor for SCxSC Fintech Conference 2021” on or before 15 June 2021

The RFP documents will be emailed to companies who are successful in Pre-Qualification Requirements. The Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) must be duly completed and submitted during the receiving of the RFP document.

Pre-Qualification Requirements
Only companies that meet the following requirements will be considered.

List of requirements determined by Evaluation Committee
  1. Locally incorporated and legally registered company in Malaysia
  2. Must have a local presence and technical support team based in the Klang Valley region
  3. Any litigation or dispute instituted against the company and/or its directors, must be disclosed
  4. Have latest audited financial statements
  5. Have experience in digital marketing & strategy, influencer marketing, social media
  6. Have experience in online event management – Especially: production of event, management of conference applications. Interested vendor to list down online events done before.
  7. Have experience in video production & creation

Vendor Code of Conduct

The Vendor Code of Conduct (“VCC”) establishes a set of obligations on business and ethical practices, and professional conduct expected of all Vendors engaging or working with the SC. It shall apply to all contractors, consultants or any person including their employees, agents, suppliers and sub-contractors (“representatives”). The SC expects the Vendor to comply with the VCC when engaging with the SC and throughout its conduct of business with the SC.
