Request for Proposal

The Securities Commission (SC) is pleased to invite relevant companies to participate in the Request for Proposal (RFP) below:
Digital Investments Educational Videos Production & Social Media Dissemination
Companies who are interested to submit their proposal will need to fill up the Vendor Registration Form. Please email the form to [email protected] with the e-mail subject “[Name of Company’s] Indication of Interest to participate in the RFP for “Digital Investments Educational Videos Production & Social Media Dissemination” on or before 23 April 2021

The RFP documents will be emailed to companies who are successful in Pre-Qualification Requirements. 

Pre-Qualification Requirements
Only companies that meet the following requirements will be considered:
  1. Locally incorporated and legally registered company in Malaysia
  2. Must have a local presence and technical support team based in the Klang Valley region
  3. Any litigation or dispute instituted against the company and/or its directors, must be disclosed
  4. Have latest audited financial statements
  5. Have experience in animation video production, storyboarding and scriptwriting
  6. Have experience in digital marketing & social media dissemination
    Threat Intelligence Solution for the Securities Commission Malaysia
    Companies who are interested to submit their proposal will need to fill up the Vendor Registration Form. Please email the form to [email protected] with the e-mail subject “[Name of Company’s] Indication of Interest to participate in the RFP for “Threat Intelligence Solution for the Securities Commission Malaysia” on or before 16 April 2021

    The RFP documents will be emailed to companies who are successful in Pre-Qualification Requirements. 

    Pre-Qualification Requirements
    Only companies that meet the following requirements will be considered:
    1. Legally registered company in Malaysia
    2. Must have a local presence and technical support team based in the Klang Valley region
    3. Possess knowledge, know how, infrastructure and experience in providing threat intelligence solutions
    4. Any litigation or dispute instituted against the company and/or its directors, must be disclosed
    5. Have latest audited financial statements

      Vendor Code of Conduct

      The Vendor Code of Conduct (“VCC”) establishes a set of obligations on business and ethical practices, and professional conduct expected of all Vendors engaging or working with the SC. It shall apply to all contractors, consultants or any person including their employees, agents, suppliers and sub-contractors (“representatives”). The SC expects the Vendor to comply with the VCC when engaging with the SC and throughout its conduct of business with the SC.
