Request for Proposal - Assessment, Development, Implementation, Deployment, Commission And Maintenance of IT Operations Management (ITOM) for the Securities Commission Malaysia

The Securities Commission (SC) is pleased to invite companies to participate in the Request for Proposal (RFP) below:

RFP Name: For the Assessment, Development, Implementation, Deployment, Commission And Maintenance of IT Operations Management (ITOM) for the Securities Commission Malaysia.

SC ITOM project is a core initiative to achieve SC’s Target State Architecture in implementing Centralized Infrastructure Monitoring :

Companies who are interested in submitting their proposal will need to fill up the Vendor Registration Form. Please email the form to [email protected] with the subject “[Name of Company’s] Indication of Interest to participate in the RFP for “For Assessment, Development, Implementation, Deployment, Commission And Maintenance of IT Operations Management (ITOM) for the Securities Commission Malaysia” on or before “ 8th September 2023”.

The RFP documents will be emailed to companies who are successful in Pre-Qualification Requirements. The Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) must be duly completed and submitted before the RFP document shall be released.

Pre-Qualification Requirements (for companies)
Only companies that meet the following requirements will be considered:
  1. Locally incorporated and legally registered Company in Malaysia.
  2. Must have local presence and technical support team based in the Klang Valley region.
  3. Must be an appointed authorized partner or reseller for the proposed product and services
  4. The company with at least 5 years of related experiences in ITOM implementation, not limited to:
    • IT Operations Management Tool Deployment
    • Experienced on Automation and Dashboarding tool
    • Experience on Deploy Discovery and Monitoring Capability, Build Event Management Capability, Integrate CMDB and ITSM Processes and Patch Management
  5. Must have experience in implementation in more than 3 financial institutions
  6. Must have in-house certified ITOM professional
  7. Provide latest 2 years audited financial statements
  8. Any litigation or dispute instituted against the company and/or its directors, must be disclosed.
