Request for Proposal - Procurement, Implementation, Deployment, Commission And Maintenance of SC-TAAM: Registration, Licensing and Authorization (“RLA”) Platform, ARAS Onboarding and Data Migration for the Securities Commission Malaysia.

The Securities Commission (SC) is pleased to invite companies to participate in the Request for Proposal (RFP) as per below:

RFP Name: Procurement, Implementation, Deployment, Commission And Maintenance of SC-TAAM: Registration, Licensing and Authorization (“RLA”) Platform, ARAS Onboarding and Data Migration for the Securities Commission Malaysia.

Companies who are interested in submitting their proposal will need to fill up the Vendor Registration Form. Please email the form to [email protected] with the e-mail subject “[Name of Company’s] Indication of Interest to participate in the RFP for “Procurement, Implementation, Deployment, Commission And Maintenance of SC-TAAM: Registration, Licensing and Authorization (“RLA”) Platform, ARAS Onboarding and Data Migration for the Securities Commission Malaysia.” on or before24 March 2023”.

The RFP documents will be emailed to companies who are successful in Pre-Qualification Requirements. The Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) must be duly completed and submitted prior of receiving of the RFP document.

Pre-Qualification Requirements
Only System Integrator Company that meet the following requirements will be considered:

  1. Locally incorporated and legally registered Company in Malaysia.
  2. Must have a local presence and based in the Klang Valley region.
  3. The company with at least 3 years of related experiences or project.
    • Application development using Low-code platform like OutSystems, Mendix, NewGen iBPS or similar Platform.
    • Orchestration and Automation experience using tool like Kubernetes and Redhat Ansible Tower or similar tools.
    • Agile and DevOps experience.
    • Integrations Experience using Mulesoft, OneIO, Wokato or similar competitive tools.
    • Business Process Automation and UI Automation using Low-code platform and RPA.
    • Experienced in implementing UI/UX guidelines and best-practices.
  1. Any litigation or dispute instituted against the company and/or its directors, must be disclosed.
