Request for Proposal - Stationeries Supply for the Securities Commission Malaysia 2023-2024

The Securities Commission (SC) is pleased to invite companies to participate in the Request for Proposal (RFP) below:

The delivery of the stationery supply will be upon request based on the list of stationaries provided.

Companies who are interested in submitting their proposal will need to fill up the Vendor Registration Form. Please email the form to [email protected] with the subject “[Name of Company] Indication of Interest to participate in the RFQ for Stationeries Supply for the Securities Commission Malaysia 2023” on or before 17 Mar 2023.

The RFQ documents will be emailed to companies who are successful in Pre-Qualification Requirements.

Pre-Qualification Requirements
Only companies that meet the following requirements will be considered:
  1. Locally incorporated and legally registered Company in Malaysia (At least 5 years)
  2. Must have a branch/office within Klang Valley.
  3. The company with at least 3 years of related experiences in supplying stationeries (Contract value above RM50,000).
  4. Any litigation or dispute instituted against the company and/or its directors, must be disclosed
