Request for Proposal - For the procurement, design, development, implementation, deployment, commission and maintenance of Issuance and Lodgement (I&L) Platform, MIS Service Onboarding and Data Migration Initiative for the Securities Commission Malaysia.

The Securities Commission (SC) is pleased to invite IT Solutions company to participate in the Request for Proposal (RFP) as below:

RFP Name: For the procurement, design, development, implementation, deployment, commission and maintenance of Issuance and Lodgement (I&L) Platform, MIS Service Onboarding and Data Migration Initiative for the Securities Commission Malaysia.

Companies who are interested in submitting their proposal will need to fill up the Vendor Registration Form.

Please email the form to [email protected] with the subject “[Name of Company’s] Indication of Interest to participate in the RFP for “Procurement, Implementation, Deployment, Commission And Maintenance of SC-TAAM: Issuance and Lodgement (“I&L”) Platform, MIS Service Onboarding and Data Migration for the Securities Commission Malaysia.” on or before 7 June 2023.

The RFP documents will be emailed to companies who are successful in Pre-Qualification Requirements. The Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) must be duly completed and submitted prior to receiving of the RFP document.

Only shortlisted vendors will be called for the tender briefing per the SC’s eligibility criteria.

Pre-Qualification Requirements
Only companies that meet the following requirements will be considered:
  1. Locally incorporated and legally registered Company in Malaysia.
  2. Must have a local presence.
  3. The company with at least 2 years of related experiences or project.
    • Application development using Low-code platform (OutSystems).
    • Orchestration and Automation experience (Redhat Ansible Tower)
    • Kubernetes deployment
    • Hybrid Waterfall-Agile and DevOps experience.
    • Integrations Experience (Azure API Management).
    • Business Process Automation and UI Automation using Low-code platform and RPA
    • Experienced in implementing UI/UX guidelines and best-practices.

  1. Any litigation or dispute instituted against the company and/or its directors, must be disclosed.
