Principal Activity : Eco-Shop is principally involved in the business of retailing of groceries, general consumer goods, wholesaler of rice, oil, flour, sugar and provision of transportation services, carrying on business of e-commerce and online business selling a variety of products and investment holding.
Shares to be issued/offered :

IPO of up to 862,146,000 ordinary shares in Eco-Shop ("IPO Shares") in conjunction with the listing of and quotation for the entire enlarged issued ordinary shares in Eco-Shop ("Shares") on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad comprising an offer for sale of up to 515,146,000 existing shares and a public issue of 347,000,000 new shares ("Issue Shares") involving :

  1. Institutional offering of up to 675,368,000 IPO Shares to Malaysian and foreign institutional and selected investors including Bumiputera investor approved by the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry of Malaysia at the institutional price to be determined by way of bookbuilding ("Institutional Price"); and
  2. Retail offering of 186,778,000 Issue Shares to the directors and eligible employees of Eco-Shop and its subsidiaries ("Group"), persons who have contributed to the success of the Group and the Malaysian public at the retail price ("Retail Price"), payable in full upon application and subject to refund of the difference between the Retail Price and the final retail price in the event that the final retail price is less than the Retail Price,

subject to the clawback and reallocation provisions. The final retail price will be equal to the lower of:

  1. The Retail Price; or
  2. The Institutional Price
