Principal Activity : SPB Development is an investment holding company and through its proposed subsidiaries (collectively, "Group''), the Group will be principally involved in property development, property ownership and building contractors.
Shares to be issued/offered :

IPO of 278,400,000 ordinary shares in SPB Development ("IPO Share(s)'') in conjunction with the listing of and quotation for the entire enlarged issued ordinary shares in SPB Development ("Share(s)'') on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad comprising a public issue of 191,100,000 new Shares and an offer for sale of 87,300,000 existing Shares involving:

  1. Institutional offering of 231,399,900 IPO Shares to institutional and selected investors including Bumiputera investors approved by Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry, Malaysia at the institutional price to be determined by way of bookbuilding (''Institutional Price''); and
  2. Retail offering of 47,000,100 IPO Shares to the Malaysian public and the eligible persons (as defined in the prospectus), at the retail price per IPO Share ("Retail Price''), payable in full upon application and subject to refund of the difference between the Retail Price and the Final Retail Price (as defined in the prospectus) in the event that the Final Retail price is less than the Retail Price,

Subject to the clawback and reallocation provisions, the Final Retail Price will be equal to the lower of:

  • The Retail Price; or
  • The Institutional Price.
