RFP Name: Event Management for SC’s Annual Dinner 2026. The event will be held in The Majestic Hotel, Kuala Lumpur on 16th January 2026.

Companies who are interested to submit their proposal will need to fill up the Vendor Registration Form. Please email the form to the contact person at [email protected] with the e-mail subject “[Name of Company’s] Indication of Interest to participate in the RFP for Event Management for SC’s Annual Dinner 2026” on or before 14th November 2025.

The RFP documents will be emailed to companies who are successful in Pre-Qualification Requirements. The Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) must be duly completed and submitted during the receiving of the RFP document.

Pre-Qualification Requirements
Only companies that meet the following requirements will be considered:

List of requirements determined by Evaluation Committee

1. Locally incorporated and legally registered company in Malaysia.
2. Must have a local presence and technical support team based in the Klang Valley region.
3. A company with at least 3 years of experience related on event management.
4. Possess knowledge, know how, infrastructure & experience in organising, coordinating and executing annual dinners.
5. Any litigation or dispute instituted against the company and/or its directors, must be disclosed.
6. Have latest audited financial statements.
