Request for Proposal - SC’s Hari Raya Open House 2026

The Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) is pleased to invite companies to participate in the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the catering services for the SC’s Hari Raya Open House 2026.

Companies who are interested to submit their proposal will need to fill up the Vendor Registration Form. Please email the form to the contact person at [email protected] with the e-mail subject “[Name of Company’s] Indication of Interest to participate in the RFP for Catering for Hari Raya Open House 2026” on or before 15 December 2025.

The RFP documents will be emailed to companies who are successful in Pre-Qualification Requirements.

Pre-Qualification Requirements:
Only companies that meet the following requirements will be considered:

List of requirements determined by Evaluation Committee
  1. Legally registered business in Malaysia with valid license for food and beverage/ catering services
  2. Valid Halal certification by JAKIM
  3. More than 5 years’ experience with capability to handle at least 1,000+ pax catering comprising of Royal members, Ministers, VIPs and captains of the industry
  4. No ongoing food-related litigation or regulatory breaches.
  5. Experienced supervisors, waiters and staff members with good hygiene, compliance to KKM requirements.
