Request for Proposal: Tender for replacement of vacuum circuit breaker (VCB) and generator set synchronization panel for Securities Commission Malaysia

The Securities Commission (SC) is pleased to invite companies to participate in the Request for Proposal (RFP) as below:

RFP Name: Tender for replacement of vacuum circuit breaker (VCB) and generator set synchronization panel for Securities Commission Malaysia.

Companies who are interested to submit their proposal will need to fill up the Vendor Registration Form. Please email the form to [email protected] with the e-mail subject “[Name of Company’s] Indication of Interest to participate in the RFP for “ Tender for replacement of vacuum circuit breaker (VCB) and generator set synchronization panel for Securities Commission Malaysia. on or before 18 July 2024.

The RFP documents will be emailed to companies who are successful in Pre-Qualification Requirements.

Pre-Qualification Requirements
Only companies that meet the following requirements will be considered:

  1. Locally incorporated and legally registered company in Malaysia. 
  2. Must have a local presence and a technical support team based in the Klang Valley region.
  3. Must be an approved/authorized vendor registered with Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) grade G4 or above.
  4. Specialization: CE21, E04, E05, E26 and E27
  5. Registered contractor with Energy Commission class A
  6. Certified Electrical Competent Person with minimum ‘penjaga jentera’ B0-2 11KV / B0-1 11KV or B0/B1/B4 11KV or above.
  7. Certified Cable Jointer minimum PK2-11KV.
  8. Any litigation or dispute instituted against the company and/or its directors, must be disclosed.
