Companies who are interested to submit their proposal will need to fill up the

21 February 2025.
The RFP documents will be emailed to companies who are successful in Pre-Qualification Requirements. The Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) must be duly completed and submitted during the receiving of the RFP document.
Pre-Qualification Requirements Only companies that meet the following requirements will be considered:
- Locally incorporated and legally registered company in Malaysia.
- Must have a local presence and technical support team based in Pahang.
- Possess at least 3 years of experience in organising, coordinating and executing exhibitions and conferences.
- Possess knowledge, know how, infrastructure & experience in organising, coordinating and executing exhibitions and conferences.
- Any litigation or dispute instituted against the company and/or its directors, must be disclosed.
- Have latest audited financial statements.
