2 January 2026, 12.00 pm.
The Tender documents will be emailed to companies who are successful in Pre-Qualification Requirements.
Pre-Qualification RequirementsOnly companies that meet the following requirements will be considered:
- Locally incorporated and legally registered company in Malaysia
- Must have a local presence and technical support team based in the Klang Valley region
- A company with at least 3 years of experience related on landscape maintenance and cleaning service
- Nature of business must be related to landscape maintenance and cleaning service Company must have minimum RM200,000 paid up capital & submit audited financial statements for the past 2 years,
- Any litigation or dispute instituted against the company and/or its directors, must be disclosed
