The Catalysing MSME and MTC Access to the Capital Market: 5-Year Roadmap (2024-2028) (“MSME and MTC Roadmap”) was developed by Securities Commission Malaysia (“SC”) to increase the accessibility of market-based financing for the micro, small and medium enterprises (“MSMEs”) and as well as mid-tier companies (“MTCs”) segments.
