SC: Monies Successfully Refunded to Hospitech Share Applicants

Kuala Lumpur, 28 April 2006

The Securities Commission (SC) today announced that all monies received from successful applicants for the initial public offering of Hospitech Resources Bhd (Hospitech) have been duly returned.

The refund of the application monies was confirmed by Hospitech’s principal adviser, Avenue Securities Sdn Bhd and the issuing house, MIDF Consultancy and Corporate Services Sdn Bhd.

On 19 April 2006, Hospitech’s Board of Directors had withdrawn the company’s intended listing and quotation on the MESDAQ Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
