Access and view the latest press release relevant to the SC and its activities. This section also includes additional features on-site which you can view. New highlights on the Sc and its activities are updated to keep you informed.

The Organisation

Get an overview of the SC, its role and functions and how it is structured. Access the latest annual report for a record of its activities, as well as the "Securities Commission 1995 - 1997 Business Plan."

Publication Online

Look up resource materials and publications related to SC. You may also like to view SC’s guidelines such as "Policies and Guidelines on Issue/Offer of Securities" and "Guidelines for Public Offerings of Closed -end Funds."

Public Seminar

The Securities Industry Development Center (SIDC), the educational arm of the SC, provides you with a bulletin board with the latest updates and details on the SIDC’s conferences. You can also access information on SIDC.

Library

The SC’s library provides you with a resource tool in which a compendium of background data, as well as research and reference materials, have been collated for you to access. An e-mail address is provided to assist you in forwarding your request for materials you would like to view. Please note that the e-mail service is strictly a reference and resource tool. The library section will not entertain any request for information not related to its purpose.
