The roadshow will be opened to the public free-of-charge and is expected to attract a wide spectrum of the public, ranging from stockbrokers to retail investors. It will address topics such as role and functions of the SC, going public, corporate disclosure and securities lending/shortselling.

SC Chairman, Dato’ Dr.Mohd Munir Abdul Majid will lead the team at the roadshow. The objectives of the roadshow are to develop a strong and knowledgeable investor base, inform the public of the need for deep, liquid and efficient markets, create awareness on the variety of products available to meet different financing needs as well as risk profiles.

From time to time, SC will continue to develop as well as to enhance similar educational programme to reach out to other market players within the country.
