Bhd., at 90B, Jalan SS21/39, Damansara Utama, Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan. He is required to assist the SC in an investigation presently being carried out. His last known address is Ladang Permangah, Sungai Pelek, 43850 Selangor Darul Ehsan and last known registered business address is No. 9123, Jalan Bandar Empat, Taman Melawati, Setapak, 53100 Kuala Lumpur.
