Kuala Lumpur (19 October 2023): The Joint Committee on Climate Change (JC3) is organising a three-day climate conference from 23 to 25 October 2023 at Sasana Kijang, Kuala Lumpur.

Themed Journey to Zero, the Conference underlines the industry’s commitment to focus on actionable solutions that support orderly and just transition towards a sustainable future. It also aims for the financial sector and businesses to move from theory to practice. Discussions will centre around climate and nature finance, finance and protection for the real sector, and harnessing the synergy from nature.

The biennial conference is expected to attract financial industry players, regulators, climate experts, advocates, innovators, practitioners, leaders, and policymakers from around the globe.

Featuring over 80 speakers, the conference will provide a platform to spotlight practical solutions and innovations, paving the way for strengthened collaborations across the public and private sectors. It also aims to aid firms and businesses across disciplines to pragmatically fast-track carbon emission reduction.
