SC seeks public feedback on "Consultation Paper on the Exercise of Voting Rights by Unit Trust Management Companies to Appoint Directors onto the Boards of Investee Companies"

The Securities Commission (SC) today issued a consultation paper on the exercise of voting rights by unit trust management companies to appoint directors onto the boards of companies invested in, for public feedback. The consultation paper is available on the SC's official website.

All comments must be submitted in writing via e-mail to [email protected] or by post addressed to:
