RFP Name:
Replacement of Electrical Main Switchboard (MSB) Panels. Companies who are interested to submit their proposal will need to fill up the
Vendor Registration Form. Please email the form to
[email protected] with the e-mail subject “[Name of Company’s] Indication of Interest to participate in the RFP for
“Replacement of Electrical Main Switchboard (MSB) Panels” on or before
23 February 2026.
The RFP documents will be emailed to companies who are successful in Pre-Qualification Requirements. The Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) must be duly completed and submitted during the receiving of the RFP document.
Pre-Qualification Requirements Only companies that meet the following requirements will be considered:
List of requirements determined by Evaluation Committee- Locally incorporated and legally registered company in Malaysia.
- Must have local presence and technical support team based in Klang Valley.
- Possess a valid CIDB registration of at least Grade G5.
- Possess at latest five (5) years of experience and minimum three (3) successful completed projects of similar scope, scale and complexity.
- Possess a valid Energy Commission registration.
- Any litigation or dispute instituted against the company and/or its directors, must be disclosed
- Have latest audited financial statements.
