Companies who are interested to submit their proposal will need to fill up the
Vendor Registration Form. Please email the form to
[email protected] with the e-mail subject “
[Name of Company’s] Indication of Interest to participate in the tender for
Replacement of Electronic Air Cleaner (EAC) Filter for the Air Handling Unit (AHU)" on or before
17 August 2026, 6:00PM.
The RFP documents will be emailed to companies that successful meet the Pre-Qualification Requirements. The Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) must be duly completed and submitted before the RFP documents can be released.
Pre-Qualification Requirements Only companies that meet the following requirements will be considered:
- Locally incorporated and legally registered company in Malaysia.
- Possess at least 3 years of related experience in supply and installation of Electronic Air Cleaner Filter.
- Have two (2) latest Financial Year (FY) audited financial statements.
- The company must have minimum paid-up capital of at least RM250,000.00
- Any litigation or dispute instituted against the company and/or its directors, must be disclosed.
