Companies who are interested to submit their proposal will need to fill up the Vendor Registration Form. Please email the form to [email protected] with the e-mail subject “Name of Company’s Indication of Interest to participate in the Tender for Design, Supply, Installation, Integration, Testing and Commissioning of Integrated Physical Security Enhancement Solution" on or before 18 August 2026, 6.00 pm.

The Tender documents will be emailed to companies who are successful in Pre-Qualification Requirements.

Pre-Qualification Requirements
 
Only companies that meet the following requirements will be considered:

1. Locally incorporated and legally registered company in Malaysia.
2. Possess a minimum of five (5) years' experience in the design, supply, installation, integration, testing and commissioning of physical security systems.
3. At least three (3) completed projects involving integrated physical security systems such as access control, CCTV/VMS, ANPR, turnstiles, visitor management and related security technologies, within the last five (5) years.
4. Proven experience in the design, supply, installation, integration, and maintenance of AI-powered security surveillance systems, including video analytics, facial recognition, intrusion detection, and centralized monitoring platforms.
5. Maintain a dedicated local technical support and maintenance team in Malaysia with qualified personnel to support implementation and post-deployment services.
6. Have three (3) latest Financial Year (FY) audited financial statements.
7. The company must have minimum paid-up capital of at least RM500,000.00
8. Any litigation or dispute instituted against the company and/or its directors, must be disclosed.
9. Agree to sign Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with SC prior to receiving the Request for Proposal (RFP).
