RFQ Name: Purchase of Industrial LED Display for CCTV Control Room and 85-inch LED TV for AOB Boardroom

Companies who are interested to submit their proposal will need to fill up the Vendor Registration Form. Please email the form to [email protected] with the e-mail subject “[Name of Company’s] Indication of Interest to participate in the tender for Purchase of Industrial LED Display for CCTV Control Room and 85-inch LED TV for AOB Boardroom on or before 29 September 2026, 5:00PM.

The RFQ documents will be emailed to companies that successful meet the Pre-Qualification Requirements.

Pre-Qualification Requirements
Only companies that meet the following requirements will be considered:

1. Locally incorporated and legally registered company in Malaysia.
2. Possess at least three (3) years of experience in the supply, installation, and commissioning of LED displays, digital signage, and LED TVs.
3. Have two (2) latest Financial Year (FY) audited financial statements.
4. Any litigation or dispute instituted against the company and/or its directors, must be disclosed.
