RFQ Name: Supply Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Equipment

Companies who are interested to submit their proposal will need to fill up the Vendor Registration Form. Please email the form to the contact person at [email protected] with the e-mail subject “[Name of Company’s] Indication of Interest to participate in the tender for Supply Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Equipment on or before 23 September 2026, 6:00PM.

The RFQ documents will be emailed to companies that successful meet the Pre-Qualification Requirements.

Pre-Qualification Requirements
Only companies that meet the following requirements will be considered:

1. Locally incorporated and legally registered company in Malaysia.
2. Possess at least 3 years of related experience
3. Have two (2) latest financial year (FY) audited financial statement
4. Any litigation or dispute instituted against the company and/or its directors, must be disclosed.
