“Name of Company’s Indication of Interest to participate in the Tender for
Proposed Design and Build: SC Creative Studio“ on or before
8 July 2026, 6.00 pm.
The Tender documents will be emailed to companies who are successful in Pre-Qualification Requirements.
Pre-Qualification Requirements Only companies that meet the following requirements will be considered:
- Locally incorporated and legally registered company in Malaysia.
- Registered with CIDB.
- Possess at least 5 years of related experience in digital studio interior design, fit-out, AV system (supply & install), lighting system (supply & install), camera system (supply & install) and studio system (AV, lighting, camera) integration.
- Have three (3) latest Financial Year (FY) audited financial statements.
- The company must have minimum paid-up capital of at least RM300,000.00
- Any litigation or dispute instituted against the company and/or its directors, must be disclosed.
