    The Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) is looking for talented & aspired individuals who display leadership qualities and have strong academic achievements to pursue their education and commence a rewarding and challenging career with us.

    REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL SCHOLARSHIPS

    • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
    • Active in both co-curricular activities and sports
    • Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
    • Not presently holding other scholarships/loans

    REQUIREMENTS FOR UNDERGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIPS

    • For first degree courses at top universities locally and abroad
    • Academic: Minimum 3As and 1B+ in STPM or 3As in A-levels or 40 points in International Baccalaureate (IB) or 3.5 CGPA at Diploma/Matriculation level.
    • Other: Below 21 years of age

    The SC scholarship covers full academic fees, books, subsistence and other scholarship related allowances. Conditional offers will be provided to successful candidates subject to gaining admission into a top institution/university and serving the SC for a stipulated period upon completion of undergraduate education. Upon successful completion of their undergraduate education, scholars will be required to serve their employment bond with the SC (i.e. maximum ratio of one year of study to two years of service).

    REQUIREMENTS FOR POSTGRADUATE (MASTERS) SCHOLARSHIPS

    • Academic: Obtained a minimum of Second Class Upper Division (UK and Australia University) or where there is a point system, obtained a minimum CGPA of 3.50 for Bachelor's Degree.
    • Obtained admission to pursue studies at renowned selected universities in Malaysia or overseas (UK, USA, Australia, Singapore).
    • Not exceeding 35 years of age as at the enrolment date for the Master's degree.
    • Minimum relevant work experience of 2 years
    • Must not be bonded/working with any organisation
    • To provide research outline / thesis summary (Research or mixed mode)

    The SC scholarship covers full academic fees, books, subsistence and other scholarship related allowances. Upon successful completion of their postgraduate education, scholars will be required to serve their employment bond with the SC (i.e. maximum ratio of one year of study to two years of service).
