Seri Izriana is currently the General Manager in the Office of the General Counsel of the Securities Commission Malaysia (“SC”).

She has more than 26 years of capital market regulatory experience and had served in various departments within the SC, including Take-Overs and Mergers, Advisory, Law Reform, Rules and Regulations, as well as the Chairman’s Office (as the Commission Secretary). She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Science in Financial Management and was called to the Malaysian Bar in 1999.
