In line with the SC’s efforts to improve corporate governance in PLCs and increase investors’ confidence in the quality and reliability of audited financial statements, the SC’s AOB engages with Audit Committees of public listed companies (PLCs) annually. These sessions provide a platform for Audit Committees to raise issue faced when discharging their oversight function and share good practices to support audit quality.
