SEP Operator charges operator fees to NPOs on a monthly basis based on fundraising amount for the month

NGO
SEP Operator charges operator fees to NPOs on a monthly basis based on fundraising amount for the month
SC reviews NPOs application and reimburse 50% operator fees to eligible NPOs
SEP Operator’s Responsibilities
  • Charges operator fees to NPOs on a monthly basis based on fundraising amount for the month
  • Monitors and tracks the SEP operator fees paid by the NPOs and the number of NPOs listed on the platform each month.
NPO’s Responsibilities
  • NPOs pay operator fees to SEP operator. based fundraising amount for the month
  • NPOs may submit reimbursement claims on a monthly basis. All claims must be submitted within the respective quarter in 2026.
  • The NPO must submit the following documents to the SC within 7 days after the end of each month:
    1. Completed monthly Social Exchange Grant Application Form
    2. Social Exchange Grant Declaration Form
    3. Copy of the monthly invoice from SEP Operator to NPOs;
    4. Copy of the monthly proof of payment to the SEP Operator; and
    5. Copy of the NPO’s monthly bank statement (1 month)/ bank confirmation letter certifying account ownership.
