SEP Operator’s Responsibilities
Charges operator fees to NPOs on a monthly basis based on fundraising amount for the month
Monitors and tracks the SEP operator fees paid by the NPOs and the number of NPOs listed on the platform each month.
NPO’s Responsibilities
NPOs pay operator fees to SEP operator. based fundraising amount for the month
NPOs may submit reimbursement claims on a monthly basis. All claims must be submitted within the respective quarter in 2026.
The NPO must submit the following documents to the SC within 7 days after the end of each month:
Completed monthly Social Exchange Grant Application Form
Social Exchange Grant Declaration Form
Copy of the monthly invoice from SEP Operator to NPOs;
Copy of the monthly proof of payment to the SEP Operator; and
Copy of the NPO’s monthly bank statement (1 month)/ bank confirmation letter certifying account ownership.
