apply for a review of a decision of the Commission under sections 80(1) or 364 of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007, or section 146 of the Securities Commission Act 1993; or
appeal against a decision of the Audit Oversight Board under section 31ZB of the Securities Commission Act 1993,
