SC seeks public feedback on proposed revisions to call warrants guidelines

Kuala Lumpur, 14 November 2002

The Securities Commission (SC) today released a consultative paper to seek public comments on proposed revisions to the Guidelines on the Issue of Call Warrants. The consultative paper is available here.

The proposed revisions are aimed at liberalising and updating the existing guidelines on call warrants issue, in line with current demand and international best practices.

The SC had formulated the proposed revisions to the guidelines after taking into consideration feedback from market practitioners.
