Companies who are interested to submit their proposal will need to fill up the Vendor Registration Form. Please email the form to [email protected] with the e-mail subject “Name of Company’s Indication of Interest to participate in the RFQ for Purchase of Electrical Chafing Dishes and Induction Food Warmers on or before 23 October 2026, 6.00PM.

The RFQ documents will be emailed to companies that successful meet the Pre-Qualification Requirements.

Pre-Qualification Requirements
Only companies that meet the following requirements will be considered:

1. Locally incorporated and legally registered company in Malaysia.
2. Possess at least three (3) years of experience in the supply, delivery, installation, and after-sales service of commercial kitchen equipment, including electrical chafing dishes, induction food warmers, or similar equipment for government agencies, statutory bodies, or corporate clients.
3. Have two (2) latest Financial Year (FY) audited financial statements.
4. Any litigation or dispute instituted against the company and/or its directors, must be disclosed.
