The Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) is a statutory body entrusted with the responsibility to regulate and develop the Malaysian capital market.
Our role includes reviewing and determining violations of securities laws.
Complaints are important to us as they help us monitor and detect possible misconduct or breaches of securities laws.
They also provide valuable information for us to determine areas that require regulatory attention and prioritisation.

The information you provide to the SC and your identity will be kept secret under section 140 of the Securities Commission Malaysia Act 1993 (SCMA).
