Section 2: Fund Annual Fee

This section contains the Fund Annual Fee Calculator Form to be used by all licensed Fund Management Companies (FMCs) and Private Retirement Scheme Providers (PRS Providers) to compute the annual fees payable in respect of unit trust fund, wholesale fund, private retirement scheme and foreign exempt scheme, to the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC).

FMCs and PRS Providers are not required to submit this Fund Annual Fee Calculator Form to the SC. However, FMCs and PRS Providers must retain a copy of the completed Fund Annual Fee Calculator Form for the calculation of the annual fee payable for each year. The SC may request for the copy to be submitted to the SC where necessary.
