Companies who are interested to submit their proposal will need to fill up the Vendor Registration Form. Please email the form to [email protected] with the e-mail subject “[Name of Company’s] Indication of Interest to participate in the tender for The Purchase of Scanner, Printer and Batteries on or before 20 October 2026, 6PM.

The RFQ documents will be emailed to companies that successful meet the Pre-Qualification Requirements.

Pre-Qualification Requirements
Only companies that meet the following requirements will be considered:

1. Supplier be registered with MOF/SSM/ROC
2. Supplier must be in Klang Valley area
3. Have good experience supplying IT equipment.
